Through pre and post-exercise assessment of body weight, sweat rate, and urinary markers of hydration, we will develop a Personalized Nutrition Plan to optimize hydration status before, during, and after your event or daily training.
Session 1: Data collection and review of current hydration practices. Implementation of new hydration guidelines.
Session 2: Follow-up in-person or virtually (phone, Skype, etc.) to review new hydration plan and make any additional changes.
